By accessing or using LinksMate ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LinksMate is a platform that allows Instagram Business and Creator account holders to configure automated responses to comments and direct messages via the Instagram Graph API. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change without notice.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
- Hold a valid Instagram Business or Creator account connected to a Facebook Page.
- Comply with Instagram's Platform Policy and Community Guidelines at all times.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person or entity.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service in a way that violates Meta's terms or Instagram's Automation Policy.
5. Instagram API Compliance
Our Service uses the Instagram Graph API. Your use of the Service is also governed by Meta's Platform Terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within the Service (excluding your automation rules and account data) are the intellectual property of LinksMate. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinksMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
